#5 - Hailey Dunn Missing in Colorado City,TX/ Billie has been arrested/ News Conference on 3/30: Hailey may be deceased

Someone on FB just "admitted" that they added the date stamp so viewers would know what photo was taken when. The date stamp doesn't prove a thing....it was ADDED by a human. It didn't come from the camera.

What a bunch of b.s.!!

At least they admitted it. It could still be possible, but NOT probable.

I had an older digital that required batteries. When the batteries ran out, it was back to square one by manually putting in the date and time before taking pics.

Thanks Wrap and BJ for responding to raine's post. Priscilla's Luong's involvement with pushing Hailey merchandise is not a rumor - substantiated and well documented fact. I don't repost the same content repeatedly when links have been disabled and the information has been well documented earlier in the thread, but I will from now on if it's been more than several days since the issue was discussed here.

Remember this gem from Priscilla Luong the week after the electronics affidavits broke: , "As I visit with people across the region about this case, I have been asked several questions about Hailey, facing Nancy Grace on HLN, the search efforts, and the investigation, but the most popular question folks ask me:

KTAB got a lot of negative reaction and responded that this was on a reporter's blog and not featured on their news site. Luong's statements kept being edited throughout the day and the page was removed altogether the next day. Shortly thereafter, the zazzle and cafepress merchandise was also removed and a statement from HopeforHailey.org was released saying they would not be putting merchandise on their site until they had secured the proper non-profit status.

Priscilla Luong was the recipient of Shawn Adkins' lawyer's letter saying he would not be granting her (and media in general) future interviews. She is no longer working for KTAB and has moved to Oklahoma (announced via her personal Twitter broadcast).

Moving on - just wanted to post the history again and close the issue to avoid confusion. I think the matter was adequately resolved by pressure from the public. Imo, not many people have any qualms about money being donated to an independently managed fund with proper financial status, and collections being distributed solely to search and reward efforts (with proper stipulations as to where accrued donations would be disseminated once Hailey is found). I believe that is what is being set up now. Good...

If the Facebook posting about Shawn and Billie meeting up and getting beer last night is true, I think it shows that Billie is becoming less confident about her ability to deceive when it comes to her ongoing partnership with Shawn; she knows everyone is watching and she's going to keep seeing him anyway (no surprise, imo). I bet 10 bucks and 5 grasshoppers that Mr. Young will be asked by his client to legally remove the Trespass Order very soon (he'll claim Billie was coerced into filing it by LE and it probably wouldn't be hard to get it rescinded anyway). It just seems particularly disrespectful to be hooking up and drinking beers the night before the 3 month vigil. I hope it's not true, but I suspect that it is...

Sunday marks three months since 13-year-old Hailey Dunn disappeared.

Volunteers searchers say they still have hope they'll find the girl alive.

Ten Hope for Hailey searchers sifted through fields and an old magnesium plant off County Road 3101 outside of Snyder on Saturday.

Volunteer Kristy Lloyd says she would have liked to see more people come out, as it gets harder to remain hopeful as more time passes by.

"It's too long for her to be gone. She's a 13-year-old child and three months is way too long for her to be away from home. We hope that she's living and every day that we go out we say a prayer before we leave and just hope that we bring her back," she said.

A candlelight vigil will be held Sunday at Ruddick Park in Colorado City to mark three months since Hailey was last seen.

Glad to see whoever owns the old magnesium plant gave consent to searchers. I'm looking forward to gnreed's updates on search-related info and other activities.

Still curious as to whether Billie, her attorney and the press will be present at tonight's vigil? As long as they are respectful, having media present is a good way to keep Hailey's story alive, imo.

I think they will all be there. I'm pretty sure Clint and Hailey's Angels will make sure they have some media coverage. Billie will go because her attorney will impress upon her the importance of being seen publicly as concerned and involved (and he'll be there to protect her and smile for the cameras!).. JMO..

One, or both of these freaks is dangerous to the other.
They will never wise up till one of them is in the ground-done in by their various addictions they share together.

I hope one of them wises up when the other is imprisoned. They are both very jealous, imo. When one is put behind the bars, he or she will want the other one's freedom taken away too (and he or she will sing like a canary). Since they are equally involved, imo, I think the truth is going to bring them both down. I hope so, anyway!

I looked up the penalties for filing a false missing child report, obstruction of justice, and hindering prosecution. They are all only misdemeanors, even if committed during the course of a felony investigation. Can't stand the thought that anyone involved will walk away with only fines, probation or a year in jail.

Ok. First the pics of Hailey's room. I doubt the pics with the clothing strewn and hanging out of the bureau drawers are from the police searching. I remember seeing the videos of her room, with Billie Jean sitting on Hailey's bed, and the room did not look like that. And LE had been there before the pics of Billie on the bed took place. I think this mess is from Billie moving things around in Hailey's room and looking thru Hailey's things. Notice the picture wasn't of the whole room but just one area of the mess? All the items in the corner next to the bureau i.e. wooden items, were they there before ? Anyone supporting Billie Jean Dunn is suspect in my opinion because they believe everything Billie tells them and we all know she has done nothing but lie.

Afternoon all. For some reason I remember seeing a big screen tv in Haileys room. Not seeing it in these pictures.

Why is anybody calling LE about BD and SA being together. The trespassing order is for Billies house only. They can wander the streets together..me thinks.

HEB is the big supermarket chain in Texas and I remember it well from our stays down there. Herbert Eugene Butts. Just thought somebody might want to know.

I wonder if they have even begun the filings for a 501(c)3? I would think surely by now there would be some sort of filing made.

Timber Falls this board of directors being secret, is the first problem

Strange that the board of directors are not public and they they have not received their 501 form making them a not for profit organization.

Surely they need to let the public know more than this if they wish to ask for donations.

I would be very leery of any organization that didn't disclose.

Dawn Steward probably won't figure it out. I don't understand why any of them would want vehicles that can be traced back to them, in her possession. To me that sends a red flag to them and their connection to BD

Well, there are pictures on the Hailey Dunn FB page of Clint and Naomi and there are none of Billie Jean. Actually, the turnout for the vigil wasn't very large.

I thought there was going to be coverage from KTAB or Big Country. I guess we will find out later.

Help Find Hailey Dunn
Lots of prayers, tears and hugs tonite. Billie and her aunt and uncle were there, and Clint and Naomi were their also with their family. Her teacher, Andra Maxwell spoke & Hailey's song, Calling All Angels, was played as we lighted candles. The Hope for Hailey & Hailey's Search Center teams were on hand also, & the new posters were handed out. It's hard to believe it's been 3 months and still no answers. (C)

Very odd picture with Naomi and Clint. She looks like she is holding on very tight and smiling. Clint looks like he isn't even there. His eyes look vacant.

Ok now I need clarification on these cars.

I remember the red car parked in BD's driveway. It was licensed to a drug dealer out of town. I forget his name. It was explained the car was bought by Roger for DD.

Now there is another car from a drug dealer that Billie is driving and he is an intown bad guy.

So how is this all connected?

Are the owners of these two cars the same man?
Is Billie buying cars?
If yes where does she get all this money? Bail and cars?

I agree Jeanne. Something is off. I don't know the answers to your questions but I have the same!

About 50 people showed up to light candles and sign pictures in hopes Hailey's case will be solved.

"I want to thank everybody that's still supporting this and still has hope for Hailey," said Clint Dunn, Hailey's father. "I'm just spreading the word. I'm trying to get it out of Texas and out to states, and I'm trying to spread awareness."

Im kind of back tracking but wasnt it stated that Billie painted Haileys room? the pictures posted are not of a room newly painted imo. Also the 6 month statement doesnt suprise me. Billie knows that shes not comming home. I also think if I was in Clints place I would be checked out of reality...poor guy! He need Hailey home dead or alive for closer. The person that posted those photos of Hailey's room admitted that he put the date on the photos himself. There's no telling when those photos were taken; could have been yesterday or yesteryear. The photos don't prove a thing.

We haven't heard much from her but I remember the picture of her and Hailey. I think of her often and how much she must be missing Hailey.

I think she would have loved and protected Hailey in a way she was never cared for.

Which brings me back to Freda Radcliff. I still want to send that gal some money. She is the Haileys angel that started the group that has searched for Hailey since day one. She did the blind search for Hailey led by Gail St. John on Friday.

I don't know if she is good or bad and don't care. She has searched every single day and I am going to send her some gas money.

Anybody have any idea how to get a hold of her address?

I read her attorney was there when she spoke to the press. It was another WTFOMG stmt to me Also see how Clint and so many others had on Find Hailey shirts, she had on a sweatshirt I also compared her van (the one that was donated) to Clint's car, hers had nothing on it and his had magnetic posters and Find Hailey all over it.......does she even care? No I have never thought of that. But what a wonderful idea. I think of her often. She and Hailey together. Hailey looked so happy.

Hailey Dunn: Transcript: Law Enforcement Announcement to Searchers: KBST AM 1490 Radio: March 24, 2011

As the search for missing C City teen Hailey Dunn continues, law enforcement officials are urging volunteers and search teams to use extra caution.

Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs told KBST today that, although volunteers are appreciated, the law still has to be followed throughout the investigation.

Rumors of non-authorized searches on private property, damage to private property, and personal friendships with any suspect or person of interest will be taken seriously.

Anyone who breaks the law during a volunteer search for Hailey Dunn can and will face criminal charges.

As of this broadcast, law enforcement officials are urging all volunteers to know with whom they are searching.

It is a good idea to carry maps of your search locations to keep track of areas that have been eliminated by local residents and search groups.

Also, it is a good idea for all volunteer search captains or coordinators to keep a valid drivers license or state I.D. of any people that search with their group.

With nice weather conditions expected this weekend, search teams are expected to be out in droves, looking for the missing cheerleader, who has captured national attention since her December 28th disappearance.

Law enforcement officials remind search teams to follow the letter of the law.

Also important to note, that if any questionable evidence is found, authorities must be your first call.

Calls placed to the media by any search team who finds evidence will come under strict scrutiny.

Since I heard it yesterday I know it wasn't yesterday. But you're right TBT, when I looked at the date it said Monday March 24th which is a Thursday. Geez!

What do you think LE is worried about raine? Friends of the suspect(s) planting or withholding evidence? Very odd announcement, imo.

I kind of think they are saying "buyer beware". Don't the searchers meet up at one of those centers. I think they are saying "we don't know these searchers so ladies if you go out with some gent..something could happen". They aren't doing any background checks on searchers.

Anybody can show up and anybody could be your partner for the day.

Being a bit street smart I would never in a million years start off in some field or alone with somebody I didn't know. I would always have a gaggle of women..girls..friends.

As for the friends of suspects. Hummmm. Don't have a clue on that one.

This is bigger than we think.
Drugs involved. Townspeople worried it will all come back to haunt them.
Some do not care about Hailey-just keeping their own noses clean-for awhile.

I'm a little confused too Boston_Lady. I can think of a few possible reasons why LE would announce that, "personal friendships with the suspect or poi will be taken seriously":
1. Accusations that someone(s) has/will mishandle or withhold possible evidence, to benefit the suspects
2. Accusations that someone(s) has/will plant evidence that leads away from the suspects
3. Accusations that someone(s) has/will attempt to direct the search away from specific areas, as directed by the suspects
4. Accusations that someone(s) has/will triy to intimidate or scare searchers to stop searching
5. Accusations that someone(s) has/will misrepresent themselves to find out which searchers are doing/saying what and report it back to the suspects

That's all I can think of. Since LE has publicly named Shawn as the only suspect/poi in the case, are they talking about friends and family of his only (or Billie's too - are they assuming everyone knows she's a poi even though Toombs and Kampfer have yet to publicly state it)?

What's the deal and where is sweet Hailey?!!
