My feelings about jurys is that no matter what they say at the beginning, once they are sat as a jury they will rise to the occasion and do the job. The seriousness of the crime and what is at stake, takes over and I believe that Juror #4 will judge her.

It is being said that the defense did not do their job in the case of this new witness, vasco degama thompson. I disagree, I think they found that a convicted kidnapper NOW has a phone # that was found on geo's phone records and deliberately put this info out there, knowing there was no connection. BTW, his records indicate there were more than 4 calls with this number and on more days than the one, it was the number of geo's new employment at that time.

This law team needs to be held accountable for the sleazy, immoral, unethical and just plain wrong way they are handling this case, and on top of it all it is NOT in the best interest of their client. I am so angry about this trial!!!!

Watching NG how in the world did Huttington get involved in this case in 2008 when they had not found the body? Casey must have told the defense where the body was found - were the defense obligated to report that fact if its true?

It just hit me a question since the opening statement by Baez. How long has the defense known that Caylee was dead? This never occurred to me before, but if Baez has known from the very beginning that Caylee was dead, then they also knew that without a body that Casey would have a much better chance of getting acquitted. Or, possibly Leonard Padillas crazy theory that Kronk was told by his girlfriend who worked at the jail the vicinity of Caylees body - using Kronk as a kind of patsy to find the body and then throw suspicion on him like they are doing now. When did Baez know Caylee was dead?

Honestly I only watched the first two hours and I was ready to heave. I think the jury was feeling the same way too. JP is trying to keep them happy with smiles and treats. He has a special evening planned for them tonight. He had a twinkle in his eye.

Baez has to repeat each question at least twice because he has no idea how to properly question witnesses.

JP is doing more teaching than judging...sigh...

Jeff Ashton has never seen the likes of this Defense Attorney. He may blow a gasket before this is over.

Bottom line..what did we learn today.

Well we learned that the states bug guy was pretty much right on. Plus he has much more experience than todays bug guy.

We learned bug guys love to talk about..bugs and death.

We learned that jurors have to be bored out of their minds.

In a nut shell. She was in the trunk for 2 - 5 days..give or take then she was thrown like garbage in a bag onto the lot.

Nothing new there. State 1 Defense 0

Honestly I think Baez and everybody knew little Caylee was dead. When the remains were found that all assumed it was Caylee. Blanket, hair, location so close to Anthony home. A childs skeleton. They all sprung into action.

Now as far as Padillas crazy story well that one has me scratching my head and wondering. Could it be?

I thought for sure Padilla would be called by the state or the defense but neither want him. Why I ask..why? Is he nuts or does he know too much?
