"Judge can we approach?" Is being asked every 5th question Martinez asks.
I think Willmott does this just to confuse the Jurors with interruptions.
This is her witness why is she so concerned with his testimony now? I can answer that. She's afraid if he keeps talking he is only making her job harder than it is already.
What a putz... changing the answers, scores and theories about the test he administered, the numbers totals don't matter, they do matter, Jodi can sleep she can't sleep... blah... blah... blah.
The only thing that could make him look dumber than he does already, would be Jodi sitting on his face to muffle his answers!

Samuels was po'd because Juan is calling him out big time. I don't remember specifics as Juan was like a pit bull on speed. But, I am sure HLN w/show it many times and I w/be posting the YT videos from today's trial after they are done for the day.

Whew, finally have cable and internet at new place. Longest week of my life waiting for it. So today I have been enduring the hideous HLN coverage with their PAUSE every 5 minutes- very un-nerving.
