WHEW!!! What a dramatic day we've had!!! Motion for Mistrial was denied. Juror #5 has been dismissed. Katie Wick reported this....'Juror #5 was crying as she was escorted to the elevator and out of the courtroom.' We have learned that there is no gag order on this juror, meaning she is free to speak to the media, if she chooses to. I am sure the different shows are knocking on her door as we speak.....to get an interview from her. The reason for her dismissal is sealed. But alledgedly she made statements to other jurors that could have 'tainted' the other jurors....communicating to them about the trial.

That was a CLOSE CALL!! I can't wait for Martinez to cross examine this defense witness. I will say this.....you guys were a trip while we were waiting on the judge's ruling this morning!!! You are the best of the best! ♥

He was dating other women because he was not seeing Jodi for anything other than the sex she kept seducing him with. THAT IS NOT CHEATING. Was Jodi trying to "put out good energy" on June 4, 2008? How can anyone actually take this "Law of Attraction" thing seriously knowing what she did to Travis? How do these people look at themselves in the mirror knowing they are trying to help an actual monster get a reduced sentence? "Just doing their job" my big butt. I had rather work 3 fast food jobs 20 hours a day than to defend the scum of the earth. They do it for the money and nothing else. If they want to help an innocent person, I totally respect that and applaud them. But anyone who has seen Travis' autopsy photos and still wants to help the person who did that....well, says a lot about their character. There are some things more important than money. For decent people at least. I would quit my job, sell all my belongings and beg for money on a street corner before I would reduce myself to trying to help Jodi Arias in any way.
