I have migraines and take Norco aka Vicodin. It gets rid of it but has codeine in it. Doubt she would be allowed that as it's a controlled substance.

Just MOO, but even w/a migraine, I would not stop trial unless I was I think she wants to hold up the inevitable as longgg as possible. Again, MOO.

ITA. I have had migraines since I was about 16. I have been on Imitrex since it came out. First those shots, then switched to pill form when it became available. If I take the Imitrex pill when I feel a migraine is coming on, the migraine is aborted. Once in a blue moon I get a bad bad one (usually its when I wait too long to take the pill that it won't go away..) If I take a second one a few hrs later, it goes away. I think Jodi is FOS. I would never be drawing, writing, etc if I had a migraine. Washing off her makeup to look pale...underhanded and typical Jodi bullshit IMO.
Wish she would really throw up and do it right on Wilmott. I dunno if all 3 of her migraines were fake but I would bet anything the one yesterday was.
Look at her expressions when Demarte is up on the stand. She looks scared, worried. GOOD!

It appears to me as it does for others... that the Defense is trying to put a lot of space between them and the Prosecution's Witnesses.

Well it seems we weren't the only ones who noticed something was up check out this facebook post and what happened that day caught on tape!


Today was one of the strangest days so far as the trial goes.
I just looked at the trial proceedings (near the end) over and over again.
This is what I saw:

At 1:46:00 Alyce turns her watch to check the time.
LaViolette was answering questions like she has done since she has been on the stand.
Starting approx. 1:49:00 the following happens:
WILLMOTT turns slightly to her right. Looking at the Courtroom clock?
Then says: “Judge, may we approach?”
They all approached.
Willmott had NOTHING in her hands!

Within 8-9 seconds the Judge turns her head to the right towards the witness.
She calls for a 5 minute break.
Seal comes down for a few minutes.
Seal comes back up and Judge tells the jury the witness is ill and court is finished for the day.

According to online reports, Jodi Arias has been the subject of multiple Disciplinary Action reports during her extended incarceration at the Maricopa County jail, overseen by Sheriff Arpaio . Posted infractions are as follows:

January 1, 2009- possession of ten unauthorized photos, (Travis Alexander?)
May 29, 2009- hiding two pens under a sink
July 27, 2009- fighting with cellmate. The cellmate pleaded guilty but Arias predictably claimed "self-defense".
October 29, 2009- two pens hid under bunk, (Arias accepted responsibility for this infraction.)
March 17, 2011- unauthorized topical medications (anti-itch, anti-fungal and acne creams.)
May 13, 2011- two pens hidden in shampoo
August 26, 2012- disobeyed instructor by refusing to return to cell.

Arias has complained about the accommodations, her cell size, food and wake up schedule, (although she can go to sleep as early as she likes, if she so chooses). Nancy Grace reported that Arias has told fellow inmates multiple versions of the events, ("wildly different stories"), that led to the killing of Travis Alexander. Arias's pathological lying is consistent and predictable.

If you watch Day 50, part 5 (from above) starting near the end around 26:12, the lawyers are all up at the bench and start talking and laughing with the judge. JA was still in the room, I think, I wonder how much this angered her, seeing all the lawyers getting along?

(Also a bit before that there are two people standing in the back of the court room after everyone else has left, as if they wanted to catch Jodi's eye. She finally looks at them and they exchanged smiles and then JA whispers about them. I'm curious who they were.)

Hmm, that girl (is the "Lauren" in the photo the same girl? She's lost some weight and looks really different, if so) seems to have trouble looking directly into the camera when making her allegations. She also seems a bit "spacey" for lack of a better term.

Bobby Juarez looks creepy and evil to me in that photo. Or very conceited. I'm not sure I buy what this girl is selling. What was the blackmail exactly? That he had a video of her saying she wanted to kill him?

Sounds to me like this girl has mental issues and is trying to associate herself with JA, by saying things like "She needs mental help and was abused just like I was." I don't buy that JA was abused, so not really seeing it.

This Lauren could even be some friend of Donovan's or some other cell mate of JA's who is trying to help JA's cause for monetary or whatever gain. I'd think if what she says was true, she would have reported this to police and not made a YT video in hopes of whoever seeing it.

Very, very interesting. So Bobby apparently is an abuser. He really looks like a winner. NOT. If my daughter brought a guy like that home I would freak on his appearance alone. Now I know why the defense wouldn't call him. He would do nothing to help Jodi and his personality & appearance alone would tell the jury that Jodi dates bad guys. Not that Travis was bad, but becomes clear that her past relationships were anything but "normal". Maybe Jodi got a few pointers from Bobby how to stalk and terrorize someone, as Jodi did to Travis. All Jodi has to offer any man is her body and willingness to have any orifice violated at the man's whim. Ugh. We call these kinds of people SLUTS where I come from.

Jodi has no personality of her own, except for the reputation and the fact that all she really is is a slut. She latches on to anything that interests her or can further her attempt at a 'normal' life, hence the latching on to the Mormon religion so fast and adopting it so wholeheartedly. It could have been a cult, or anything like that, that attracted her. Shes searching for who she is because I believe she is a sociopath. My first husband was an abuser, sociopath, used the same techniques on he like isolation, destroyed my self-esteem, stalking and threats that to this day scare me when I remember them. Jodi was searching for SOMETHING TO BELEIVE IN, because she had nothing in her life. Imagine having so much mental illness that you can be talked into anything, led anywhere, can 'live' the lie whatever it is, that was Jodi. Much like TLMS she had to adopt or make up a personality and had to rely on the people around her to get cues how to act/ react, because she truly has no personality of her own. Am I making sense?

Jodi's parents had an issue with Bobby dating their daughter (as any parent would) so she moved out of their house and in with Bobby and his hoarding parents. After he and Jodi broke up once she reconnected with him because she heard the end of the world was near and thought he'd be interested in knowing! The next time they broke up was because she started banging his friend/roommate Matt.

That the Defense has filed a motion for Surrebuttal to dispute DeMarte's testimony. This gives them the opportunity to let the Defense have the last word instead of the Prosecution. IMO this is not likely to be granted, but one never knows.
They are also asking for a Manslaughter, Sudden Quarrel or Heat of Passion be added to the Jury Instructions before they deliberate.
Funny I think because Martinez is about to prove Jodi premeditated Travis' murder, with Walmart's gas can evidence.
