What I pick up from her is that she is suspicious of men from the get go. For a girl, our dad's are our first impression of men. Don't think she had a great relationship w/her dad so she becomes more and more suspicious w/each (and many) bf's. She has a self fulfilled prophecy they w/cheat on her and probably has them under a microscope from day one. These poor dudes. Would love to hear more of the ex's testify.

Think about this:

Remember we were told that Jodi had spent her time in jail "teaching herself" Spanish, and sign language.

I guess some people were impressed by that, not me, but since it was coming from HLN, CNN, NG, JVM, DD, etc we never really doubted it was TRUE. At least I didn't.

So put 2 and 2 together, after the last 3 days of testimony, Jodi herself said she started taking Spanish in school in the 7th grade and took it every year until she dropped out in 11th grade- BUT Jodi also had Spanish-speaking boyfriends, she went to Costa Rica twice and stayed with a family that spoke spanish. She stayed 3 weeks the first time and 1 week the second time. So I think she had pretty well
absorbed spanish well before she ever hit the jail.

As for the sign language- her mothers twin is deaf.
She has always been deaf, so don't you think Jodi picked up on sign language growing up with her mothers deaf twin sister??

So now I wonder, who is lying to us? Did the media make it up- and if they did you would think they would have been called on that by now....OR did the defense team put that out there to the media. THIS is the kind of 'DIRTY POOL' I feel defense teams are practicing more and more. Swaying the jury? Innocent people don't need to 'sway' anybody.

The lowering of the chairs in the courtroom.

The way their client is told to dress to give the jury the impression that the defendant is someone that they are not.

Am I crazy, or does that make sense?

Also, , Jodi has mentioned nasty nasty smoking several times on the stand. I bet shes one of those REALLY annoying people that harass smokers even when they are smoking where you are allowed to smoke...Figures!!

Re:the wooden spoon. Wonder if her mother is Italian. This is common in SOME Italian homes. She wasn't burnt w/those horrible cigs, no alcoholism in the home, no child abuse IMO. There is a shrink on now that is explaining this quite well.

One of a thousand inconsistencies: Jodi claims she was introduced to Mormonism at the conference. THEN she says, she comes home, dumps the boyf, then pursues Travis and of course, Mormonism. So WHEN did she have the missionaries over to her home she shared with Darryl? WHEN did she tell him no more sex bk "she is saving herself for her husband' as described by Mormon faith?

According to HIS witness testimony, she was dabbling in Mormonism and having missionaires come to the home. SHE says she didnt want to ever 'cheat' so she ended the relationship w Darryl BEFORE anything. SHE said today it was only after involved in PPL came the Mormom stuff.

ANYONE else see inconsistencies with timing so far? ANYone else pick up on the fact she demonized every man in her life so she could be the victim since she was a pre-teen?
