After looking at the additional autopsy pictures yesterday, there is nothing absolutely NOTHING she can say that can explain away those injuries as self defense. He wasn't coming after her to kill her... he was attempting to save his own life.

If her story so far is true on how the relationship progressed, then she was a piece of ass from the get go.

She said she was still living with Darryl after meeting Travis and spent hours on the phone talking with him before seeing him again after the conference. She wants us to believe Travis just walked into her room, striped her naked and performed oral sex on her, before asking her to do the same. I do not believe for one second that scenario wasn't discussed during one or more of those long phone conversations. No way did he just go in there and do that without some sort of provocation. I hope at least one of the 11(?) men on the Jury knows from their own past experiences that Jodi's embellished rendition of the account is missing a lot of information on what led to that encounter.

I know her Defense team is trying anything and everything they can to keep her off death row, but I just don't see how days and days of her talking about her life is going to help accomplish that.

So WHEN did she have the missionaries over to her home she shared with Darryl? WHEN did she tell him no more sex bk "she is saving herself for her husband' as described by Mormon faith?

According to HIS witness testimony, she was dabbling in Mormonism and having missionaires come to the home. SHE says she didnt want to ever 'cheat' so she ended the relationship w Darryl BEFORE anything. SHE said today it was only after involved in PPL came the Mormom stuff.

ANYONE else see inconsistencies with timing so far? ANYone else pick up on the fact she demonized every man in her life so she could be the victim since she was a pre-teen?

Raine, if you looked at those pics, you would freak. This was most definitely NOT self defense..this was a pre-meditated, brutal, henious butchering. I've never seen anything so horrific as those crimescene pics & have seen many.

Yes, I think most of us have TMLS's not guilty verdict in the back of our head. But these cases are quite different. She's (finally ) admitted it ONLY because of all the proof LE has. Jodi Arias' murder trial has featured a string of steamy revelations about her sex life with ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander, who was shot and stabbed in 2008. The lurid details continued to surface on Tuesday, day 14 of the trial -- the second day of Arias' testimony in her own defense.

Arias testified she met with Alexander in September 2006, at a California coffee shop in the weeks following their initial meeting in Nevada. During this California meeting, Arias said they retreated to her car, where things got heated.

Alexander was "horny," Arias testified, and wanted oral sex.

"I felt an attraction to him and the feeling was mutual and I wanted to, I just wanted to, I don't know. I wanted to do what he wanted to do," Arias said.

Arias said after Alexander ejaculated, he pulled his pants up and they parted company.

"He refused to kiss me because he said it was gross ... maybe because I had been performing oral sex, but he kissed me on the cheek and then left," Arias testified.

Arias, a 32-year-old photographer, is accused of shooting Alexander in the face, stabbing him 27 times and slitting his throat from ear to ear in the shower of his Mesa, Ariz., apartment on June 4, 2008. She testified on Monday that Alexander "attacked me and I defended myself." Prosecutors allege she was a jealous and vengeful ex. New details have been released regularly during the trial, requiring The Huffington Post to revise the initial timeline of the case.

Arias, dressed in a baby blue polo shirt, testified about how she met Alexander at a PrePaid Legal Services convention at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas, in September 2006.

"There was just a crowd of people everywhere, and out of the corner of my eye I saw somebody walking towards me, kind of fast-paced, and I noticed it was a guy, and I thought he was going somewhere, because he looked like he had a purpose," Arias said. "So I stepped out of the way because I thought he needed to walk past me. But, he stopped right in front of me and stuck his hand out and introduced himself."

Arias testified she went to an executive director banquet at the convention with Alexander. She said she liked him, but did not want to become romantically involved with him because she was involved in another relationship at the time.

"I'm kinda like a one-guy-at-a-time kind of person," Arias said. "So, I didn't want to have anything overlapping and I knew there was an interest with Travis. And I was beginning to sort of develop the seeds of interest with Travis. And I didn't want to be in a relationship when I went there."

Arias said she broke up with her boyfriend when she returned to California. That same week, she went with Alexander to stay with some of his friends for a few days, she testified. While there, Arias said Alexander came into her bedroom.

"We all went to bed and he came into the bedroom I was been staying in," Arias testified. "I assume there was probably going to be some kissing or some kind of talking or hanging out. We had talked every night that entire week. So, that's when we kissed.

Arias testified Alexander removed her clothes while they were kissing and she didn't stop him. "I didn't want to tell him no. So, I just kept going with it," said Arias.

Arias said Alexander performed oral sex on her, and she on him. After the liaison, they fell asleep together, but Arias said she was somewhat bothered by the experience.

"If felt like too much too soon," Arias testified. "It was uncomfortable."

The next morning, Arias and Alexander went to church together and then parted company, she said. The sexual liaison that took place when they met for coffee in California took place shortly thereafter. Arias testified Alexander later left her a voicemail message in which he voiced, "displeasure with himself."

Arias said she continued to speak with Alexander on the phone every night and later had a rendezvous with him at a hotel in Ehrenberg, Ariz.

"At this point in time, based on what you told us, our understanding you had no penile/vaginal sex with Mr. Alexander?" defense attorney Kirk Nurmi asked Arias.

"No," Arias replied.

Nurmi then asked, "And it would also be our understanding that you had not had anal sexual intercourse with Mr. Alexander?"

"Yes, that is correct," said Arias.

With that the judge recessed court for the evening. Testimony is scheduled to resume on Wednesday, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time.

Jodi is my sister. I just want to say that she is the most amazing person I have ever had in my life! She is the only person I could ever trust with all of my secrets. I just want to let all of you know that she has a lot of people who love her.
I hear a lot of people saying that her family won’t go public to defend her. it is not because we don’t support her! it is because those news stations like to twist your words around and manipulate what you say into what you they think you mean.
I would also like to put out there that Travis’s family or his friends who ever they are are horrible people!!!! I have gotten threatened repeatedly by his followers!! They even went to the length of calling my 2 year old daughter a c**t. They, whoever they are, threatened her life!!
