I havent slept very much or very well at all since Monday night. I keep waking up around 230am and its nearly impossible to get back to sleep. I had seen photos of the dunn home the 2nd week of feb, and near the top I saw a "vent" and I have always wondered if that space up there was ever searched. There may be some kind of evidence there, and I know they (LE) were talking of looking under the house, but never heard anything about under the roof. May not be an attic but there is a space if there is a vent. Working at a hospital would also give someone access to those large bags similar to trash bags, only bigger. They are graded for biohazards, so dogs wouldnt likely be able to detect a scent.I also keep thinking Hailey was moved when they (BD,SA) were moving the furniture in and out of the house. It would be a lot less conspicuous with all the other large things they were moving. I also think Hailey is on SAs grammas property, buried or in a pond. JMO MOO

Indictments related to the Hailey Dunn case are not expected Thursday when the Howard County grand jury meets, according to Midland NBC affiliate KWES.

The 13-year-old girl vanished from her Colorado City home at the end of December. During the investigation, law enforcement says it discovered child pornography on a computer inside the home of Shawn Adkins' mother in Big Spring. Adkins is the boyfriend of Hailey's mother.

Pornography was also seized from the Dunn home. However, Hailey's mother contends it was not child pornography.

Howard County District Attorney Hardy Wilkerson told KWES that no child pornography cases will be going before the grand jury on Thursday. He also told the station he still hasn't received the case from investigators.

To date, only Adkins has been named a suspect in Hailey's disappearance. Law enforcement has called Adkins and Hailey's mother Billie Dunn "persons of interest." According to Colorado City's City Manager Pete Kampfer, there are also other unnamed persons of interest.

Update - One of the members of the Facebook Page - Help Find Hailey Dunn - was listening to a police scanner and heard that Shawn Adkins was pulled over. This was at 12:15 CST. Another member is going to call the dispatcher to see if they can get info.

From what I can tell, a white truck? A teen heard it and then also an adult caught the tail end of the communication?

They thought Scurry but that isn't a definite.

I just went to your link and there isn't a live feed in Scurry. Only Howard and Nolan counties. I chose Howard but nothing is going on. Silence.

Update. Someone on the FB page called the police to ask if Shawn had been picked up and instead of saying "no" they said:

A man in my hometown has been picked up and charged with attempted murder, and the victim was a member of my family; I'm driving down there to try to make sure he stays in the slammer. I lost faith in LE there, and never thought it would get to this point, but it has, so dont lose hope or get discouraged on this case either! O/T but justice always prevails in time.

No one knows what the charges are yet. It could be anything at this point.

PK stated the DA requested an officer escort him to the BD residence. Pete said he didn't know if an arrest was going to be made at that time or not.
Pete is real careful with his words.
Someone on FB posted the Sheriff said Billie hasn't been told of the charges yet. Not sure if that's true.

Finally home. And so I'm reading the police were at BD's but maybe Shawn isn't being arrested at this time?

Strange no? Since Shawn was the named suspect with the lawyer?

We are following the latest in the disappearance of Hailey Dunn.

NewsWest 9 has learned from Colorado City Manager Pete Kampfer tells NewsWest 9, that the Mitchell County District Attorney's Office requested a Colorado City officer to be on the premises of Billie Dunn for safety purposes.

According to a law enforcement website, there is a listing for a 33-year-old Billie J. Dunn, who is currently in custody.

Mitchell County authorities will not confirm with NewsWest 9 that she is in custody.

Kampfer stopped short of saying Dunn was arrested but there are rumors circulating that there are law enforcement vehicles at Billie Dunn's residence.

We are working to get more details and we have a crew on the way to Colorado City.

ABILENE, Texas -- Billie Jean Dunn, mother of missing teen Hailey Dunn, is being interrogated at the Mitchell County Sheriff's Department according to Colorado City City Manager Pete Kampfer.

Kampfer told KTXS Thursday night he has been told she was led away and is being questioned. They did use a Colorado City officer to escort officials with the district attorney's office to the home.

Kampfer is out of town, as is Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

Kampfer believes the interrogation is being initiated by the office of District Attorney Ann Reed.

I hope so too sam... At least now the two are separated and out of communication, regardless of which one is in jail for what. Imo, LE wants them talking without the ability to compare notes and keep changing stories to match the latest evidence/info. Shawn has a lawyer, Billie does not. Maybe she was arrested on lesser charges (not porn or Hailey) to get them talking to LE instead of each other. Shawn's lawyer would be on top of him to keep quiet immediately if he were arrested for anything. Billie's left to her own devices until she asks for a lawyer, and she thinks she's too clever to need one, imo. Hoping like hell something of value in finding Hailey comes out of this arrest.
