I think the Dr. is floundering to correct the fact he admittedly should have retested Jodi when she changed her story. He's now wanting to imply that no matter what Jodi's story was at the time, her answers on the test reflect the truth. And Martinez says "Oh No No No, Not gonna let you off that easy Dr. Strangeblood. Doesn't this manual state that this test should not be used as Testimony in a trial?"
