#4 - Hailey Dunn Missing in Colorado City,TX/Search Affidavits released in Feb - page 3/Billie denies knowledge of beastiality images& child porn on computer of Shawn Adkins, primary suspect, & memory stick found in Billie's home/Billie arrested 03/17

She got a new tv for Xmas a few days early. Normally she slept on the couch, but then started sleeping in her bedroom. Host asked if she had trouble breathing on the couch????? Billie said she didn't have asthma or a hard time breathing. Host heard that Shawn likes to make videos.....mentions the YouTube video "Slasher". There is a female in the video. She heard about the videos and saw what was on NG. The video says it's produced by Shawn and Billie. Billie says that that is wrong. Billie doesn't know who the female in the video is.

She doesn't know much about Cory, the cousin, and doesn't believe that Cory has anything to do with Hailey's disappearance. What about Shawn's fascination with pics and videos? Billie would send Shawn pics and she would. What pics???? BJ He has never taken videos of Hailey. Billie sent Shawn "sexy, I'm your girlfriend" pictures.

Donations???? Billie got a donation from Somer Thompson Foundation and paid bills and for something on David's car. She was given a van and still has it. Person giving van doesn't want to be identified.

Billie said that LE thinks that Hailey might have found out about "another woman" and that might have made Shawn want to hurt Hailey. She wants anyone that hurt Hailey to pay and rot in Hell. That person is sick and how dare they take her baby. Hailey never told her or Clint or acted that she was afraid of Shawn. Did Shawn stand in Hailey's doorway and scare Hailey? Not that Billie was aware of. Hailey did want to live with her dad when she was mad at Billie, Shawn or David. Then she would come home and say she was mad at Clint etc. Billie told her that she's not playing that game and she was going to stay home.

Was Hailey trying to find out something or into something she shouldn't have ....Didn't understand BJ Billlie said don't drag her daughter down and talk bad about her.......Host dropped it right away.

OMG-which is it-was the car given by the bro or car payment?

Something just hit me. Early in the interview, Billie said Shawn had an hour alone with Hailey that day. When Billie? According to your time line, he got home at 3 pm and Hailey left at 3:15 p.m. That's a significant discrepancy, imo. Did she slip? Is she saying Shawn did go to her house on 12/27 a.m. when his cell phone put him in CCity from 6:35 to 7:56 a.m. and then went dead. Is she saying he got home earlier than 3 pm?

If you find out that Shawn hurt or killed Hailey what will she say to Shawn? How Billie would ask how could you do thiswhen you profess so much love for me. If he confesses it to you privately what would you do? Bllie would hang up and call LE.

She says to Hailey that she loves her, misses her and will never give up looking for her......etc.

Now what after tonight, Billie?...... No new info on the investigation, following up on leads, doesn't know anything else and she would like to say thank you to the searchers. Some are mean and hope that they can prove that Shawn has done something to Hailey and she doesn't know why they want to do that. Billie mentions an account at a bank to help the searchers with gas etc.
Hosts thanked Billie for answering tough questions so that they can regroup, get back on track and start searching for Hailey. But one knows where Hailey is so lets all get out there and search for Hailey that she's home. She's assumed alive until it's other wise proven.

Dont know about anybody else but I didnt come out of this trusting Billie anymore than I did going into it...seems to be all poor Billie and nothing about Hailey being the victim here JMO

What got me is there were no tears, even when she was asked to describe Hailey. All her answers seem very calculated..she doesn't sound like a grieving mother at all.

I would be mortified that the police saw naked pics of me. She seemed so blahze (sp) about it. She was that way on everything except Shawn cheating on her.

And, IF Shawn killed Hailey because she found out that Shawn was cheating on her mom, that is one weak motive. You don't go killing someone - especially a child that you supposedly "care" about. I think that Shawn looked at Hailey in one way only. Sexually. He raped and killed her and IMHO dumped her body in one of those wells. MOO.

I agree Jeanne. There is so much more coming out. But for Billie to deny she knew about Shawn's video he made was blatant. Billie's picture is in the Slasher video with Shawn. It's about minute 1:54. Even if you couldn't tell it was Billie, the picture is marked with her name and Shawn's!

That was very strange for them to bring up the "trouble with breathing". I am worried that they were trying to throw Billie a potential alibi life preserver (Hailey really died of an asthma attack and SA+BD only disposed of her body because they were scared). Billie didn't catch the clue, so she stated that Hailey didn't have asthma.

Sorry to quote myself; but wanted to clarify this (just re-listened to the first part of the show). Billie said that she is doubting Shawn now because LE told her why they named him a suspect. One of the reasons LE gave Billie is that Shawn had an hour alone with Hailey before David got home.

Imo, LE knows an hour isn't a lot of time to kill and dispose of someone and leave no evidence; very hard to take her out to the car or stash her in the shed in broad daylight at a time when people are getting home from work, Clint was home across the way (not impossible, just not likely, imo)... If LE gave this theory to Billie as she claims, I think LE is working Billie. They want her to think that they believe something happened when she was at work and could have no knowledge of it, get her to incriminate Shawn (without worrying about incriminating herself) now that they've got her mad at him. Unless LE has an innocent explanation for Shawn being in CCity after leaving work for no reason on Monday morning (and lying for no reason about both), they suspect something happened to Hailey much earlier than 3 pm on Monday 12/27, imo. I think LE is working the angles now. I hope it works.

IMO, that interview was another work of fictions....she told the host *cough cough aka nitwits* what she thought they, LE and the public want to hear. She still doesn't come across as a grieving mother, more like she is grieving over her "awesome" relationship with her pyscho camera happy boy toy. Also, she said she saw the porn IIRC, anyone who would view child porn much less keep those images had an exponentially HUGE propensity to molest a child and as a mother of a child that was sexually abused, well there should be ZERO tolerance, my son's perp is lucky he didn't end up with a hollow point in his temple......the rage one feels when they learn their child's innoncence has been ripped away, and their soul almost destroyed is not anything I could verbalize, add to that watching a 3 yr old child or any age for that matter have to endure a rape exam is nothing short of hell. I do see how ppl snap and take matters in their own hands because for a while you are mentally ill aka crazy and crazy enough to do something like that. I remember one time I was at the bank and saw my ex (my son's dad and perp) and the kids were in the car with me, I seriously considered ramming him with the SUV into another truck, backing up and doing it again. When I left the parking lot my son asked me (and I think he was 4 at the time) if w could go throw eggs at him since had a basketful from school as it was almost Easter, I told him we couldn't do that and very matter of factly he asked"why can't we just kill him?"....days like that when I reflect back make me grateful my dad forced me to give him my gun, I would have ended up in jail and my son would have had nobody, so to see her and hear her so nonchalant about these issues makes me have to step outside for a few minutes and make good use of my yard sale finds from last week.....IOW, Fiestaware tossing right here and right now.

GRRRRR~I am mad as hell after listening and should prolly forego it in the future rather than spend my paycheck at yard sales

Billie said she was shown some images from Shawn's mom's computer. She saw "a" picture with child pornography. It hurts her feelings for the children, she said.

Billie confirms LE says none of the sightings are credible; they’ve told Billie a lot people got Sunday and Monday mixed up.

Incosistency 2: In the sworn affidavit of 1/6/11, Billie admits they went from work, to the ATM and withdrew $140 to buy illegal narcotics from a person in Scurry county, and then went to her mom’s house (in Scurry county).

Me too Rainbow. Billie's a lost cause, imo. After admitting that LE showed her evidence of child porn, bestiality, other women, and then admitting that she now suspects Shawn may have harmed Hailey, Billie confessed later in the interview, "I still love him; I can't just turn off my feelings" (para).

P.s. When she said twice tonight that Shawn told his mom Hailey was missing before Billie herself discovered Hailey was missing, she threw down the gauntlet. Very incriminating. Oddly, it still seemed like she was leaving the door open for a relationship, if certain conditions were met, imo. Crazy head games and drama..

She did say that. But, she qualified it a lot. She'd take it with somebody she got to know, who made her feel comfortable, relaxed and confident. *Cuz Shawn saw her before she left the house.

*It was awhile. It was probably three or four hours. I knew that I had to let him know, but he wasn't my priority. I had to look for my daughter. So I was looking for my daughter and when he called my cell phone David let him know what was going on. Then he came home.

Shawn found out Hailey was missing around three or four o'clock.

So when Shawn talked to you when she left the house, is it normal for someone to say, "hey......

Okay, because I was really confused about that; if you hadn't talked to Shawn how did you know what she was wearing......got it. I'm completely clued in now, thank you.

I wish we knew if Billie gave a description of what Hailey was wearing when she first reported her missing or if it really was after she talked to Shawn. Billie said that she didn't call Shawn, that she knew she had to tell him Hailey was missing, but Shawn wasn't her priority. I would think that she would have tried to reach him immediately to find out what Hailey was wearing so the police would have that information early on. I think this entire 'what she was wearing' is very strange, but still don't think that Billie was involved in what ever happened to Hailey. Shawn on the other hand......guilty as sin. Billie is infatuated with this creep and I don't put it past her to lie for him; maybe not to keep him from being found out, but just not to give LE anymore reason to suspect him. I am not completely convinced Shawn is "out of her life". She let him come back when she knew he was listed as a suspect. She "loves" him..she just cannot "turn off her feelings".

I think she is attempting to keep Shawn away so she won't look suspicious. If She Is Innocent of these pics, who would allow a man like Shawn back in her life? Love be damned! It's all for show so the cops won't suspect her of the child porn/beastiality and the memory stick and CD found in her home.

One thing that we know for sure is Billie has some very deep issues. I could not listen to the show last night cause the grandchildren had every tv in the house occupied...lol...so I thank you so much for the recap. IF we can believe what BD said last night, it appears the Grand Jury will only indict Shawn Adkins for the child porn.
I would not think LE would be showing evidence to a possible suspect. BD is not smart enough, but a suspect could work on alibis after being shown the evidence.

As far as SA on the radio tonight, I believe he will apologize to BD and beg for forgiveness. The radio hosts will be crying and talking about how sweet it all is. JMO
